資料庫簡介

「中華民國政府官職資料庫」收錄中華民國體制下，各時期總統府公報人事任免命令。內容涵蓋我國百年來的文武官員異動紀錄，並提供政府人事相關資訊查詢及公報影像瀏覽。資料庫共收錄七種政府公報，迄今已建置15,708筆數位化影像檔，以及85萬筆以上的人事異動紀錄，並持續資料更新。

收錄範圍

本資料庫建置的資料依據為總統府公報刊載內容中的人事命令，包括原件掃描影像檔與文字資料。 總統府公報因政府體制之改變而數易其名，依歷史沿革可分為七種公報：
  1. 臨時公報：辛亥年12月26日（即民國元年2月13日）～大中華民國元年4月26日
  2. 臨時政府公報：民國元年1月29日～4月5日臨時政府結束
  3. 政府公報：民國元年5月～民國17年6月
  4. 軍政府公報：民國6年9月17日～民國7年5月14日
  5. 陸海軍大元帥大本營公報：民國11年1月30日～民國14年5月20日
  6. 國民政府公報：民國14年7月1日～民國37年5月19日
  7. 總統府公報：自民國37年5月20日開始發行第1號迄今 
* 上列七種公報的英文名稱以總統府官網為準, 惟因第一至六項政府公報目前尚無官方之英文翻譯, 因此第一至六項的英文翻譯暫時無法提供。

Introduction

The data in this database is based on personnel orders published in the Presidential Office Gazette, which includes scanned image files of the original documents and text data. Due to changes in government systems, the Presidential Office Gazette has undergone several title changes. The seven government gazettes, listed chronologically, are as follows:

Collection

"The Republic of China’s (ROC) Government Post Database" collects official personnel appointment and dismissal orders published in government gazettes during various periods under the Republic of China system. The content covers the personnel changes of civil and military officials over the past century in our country, providing government personnel-related information inquiries and accessing to gazette images. The database contains seven types of government gazettes. Currently, it has 15,708 image files and over 850,000 personnel change records, with continuous data updates.
  1. 臨時政府公報: January 29, 1912 - April 5, 1912 (dissolution of the provisional government)
  2. 臨時公報: February 13, 1912 - April 26, 1912
  3. 政府公報: May 1912 - June 1928
  4. 軍政府公報: September 17, 1917 - May 14, 1918
  5. 陸海軍大元帥大本營公報: January 30, 1922 - May 20, 1925
  6. 國民政府公報: July 1, 1925 - May 19, 1948
  7. 總統府公報Presidential Office Gazette: Issued on May 20, 1948 - present. 
* The English title of the above seven government gazettes are based on the official website of the Presidential Office. As official English title for the first to sixth gazettes are currently unavailable. Therefore, their English title cannot be provided temporarily.
